I’m Jen Hazi, a Private Midwife & Birth Educator in Sydney

With over 17 years’ experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and new motherhood.

I became a Midwife after the birth of my first daughter, a joyful and transformative experience that showed me how deeply birth can shape a woman’s life. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to ensuring women feel supported, respected, and empowered to trust their own strength.

Midwifery, to me, is more than checklists or monitoring. It’s about relationship, listening deeply, offering evidence-based guidance, and creating a safe space where your choices matter. Care is physical, yes, but also emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Whether you’re planning a homebirth, navigating hospital care, or finding your way through a more complex path, I walk beside you with compassion and trust in your ability to birth and mother your way.

Because birth is not a medical event, it’s a rite of passage. However it unfolds, you deserve to feel capable, powerful, and forever changed.

Midwifery, to me, is more than checklists or monitoring.

It’s about a relationship.
