Resource Hub
Grounded education and practical tools to support informed, connected choices.
This resource library brings together free and low-cost education created to support pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.
These offerings are educational rather than clinical. They are designed to help you understand your options, orient to what lies ahead, and feel more prepared to engage in your own care and decision-making. You are welcome to explore what feels most supportive right now

Birth Wisdom Library
Free ongoing library
A growing library of written and recorded resources exploring pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
The library includes a range of materials. Some are original resources created for this space. Others are carefully curated from trusted, evidence-informed sources where an existing resource already offers clarity and depth.
This approach allows the library to remain practical, relevant, and grounded, drawing on the best available information without unnecessary repetition.
The Birth Wisdom Library is available free with email access.

Midwife Mythologies

How these resources fit alongside care
These resources are designed to complement, not replace, individual midwifery care.
If you are seeking personalised clinical guidance, decision-making support, or continuity of care, you may wish to explore clinical care pathways or complete midwifery care.
A note on use
You are welcome to engage with these resources in your own time and in your own way.
Some women use them as a first point of orientation. Others return to them alongside appointments, workshops, or continuity of care.
There is no right order. The intention is to offer steady, trustworthy information that supports you to find your own footing.
