By using this website, booking a service, registering for a workshop, or subscribing to my communications, you agree to the terms below.
This document covers the general terms of using my website and services. How I handle your information, my AI use, cancellations, and marketing content are each covered in their own policy, linked throughout.
About this website and my services
This website provides general information about midwifery services, clinical consultations, workshops, and related resources. It's educational and informational, and doesn't replace personalised medical or midwifery advice. Using this website doesn't create a midwife–client relationship. That begins only once you've booked and attended a clinical appointment.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are processed through Splose and Stripe depending on the service.
Clinical appointments. No payment is taken at booking. The consultation fee is payable at the time of your appointment. Where a Medicare rebate applies, it's claimed at the time of consultation and paid into your nominated account, usually the next working day.
Workshops, intensives and talks. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Your place is confirmed once payment is received.
My full cancellation, refund and transfer terms are set out in my Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy, and form part of these Terms.
Workshops, intensives and group events
Workshops, circles and intensives are educational and experiential. They don't provide medical treatment, psychological therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support, and attending one doesn't create a clinical care relationship. You're encouraged to seek appropriate medical or mental health care alongside anything you take from a workshop or circle.
You're responsible for your own wellbeing during group events and may step away from any activity at any time. Group confidentiality is expected of everyone present. Recording or sharing what happens in a group session without permission isn't permitted.

Some of my clinical documentation is drafted with AI assistance. What this means, where information goes, and how you can opt out is explained in full in my AI Use Policy,
Website use and intellectual property
All content on this website including text, images, downloadable material, and educational resources belongs to Jennifer Hazi unless stated otherwise, and can't be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission. You agree to use this website only for lawful, appropriate purposes.
Marketing and client content
How I use client experiences, photos, and feedback in my marketing, and how consent works, is explained in myWebsite and Marketing Content Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law: no guarantees are made about outcomes from my services, education, or workshops; I'm not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from your use of this website or participation in my offerings; and you remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional care for medical, psychological or emergency concerns, including outside my scope of practice.
