Website and Marketing Content Policy

This policy explains how I create content for my website and social media, and how client experiences are, and aren't, used in my marketing.

AHPRA compliance

As a registered health practitioner, my advertising is bound by the National Law's restrictions on advertising regulated health services. In practice, this means:

  • I don't use client testimonials about clinical care, in any form, anywhere.

  • I don't claim guaranteed outcomes, and I don't compare my care to any other provider's.

  • I don't use content that creates unreasonable expectations or exploits a person's fear or vulnerability.

  • Educational content is written to inform, not to diagnose or direct your individual care.

Workshop and community feedback

Feedback about educational offerings, such as my workshops and circles, sits outside the clinical testimonial restriction and may be shared, always with the specific consent of the person it belongs to.

Consent

My General Intake Form asks whether you're open, in principle, to your experience being referenced in educational content. That answer tells me whether to ask again, not whether I already have permission.

Before anything identifying is published, your name, your photo, or specific details of your story, I ask you directly and specifically, and you see what's being shared before it goes anywhere.

Photography at workshops and circles

At in-person events, you may be photographed as part of the group. You can opt out of being photographed at any time by letting me know, and you're always free to step back from any activity, though I would rather just not photograph if that stops you from being involved.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent for your story or image to be used in future content at any time, by contacting hello@jenniferhazi.com.au. I can stop using it going forward. I can't guarantee removal from anything already shared or shared further by others, such as a repost.

Third-party platforms

Content shared on Instagram or other platforms is also subject to that platform's own privacy and data practices, which are outside my control.
